The Iowa LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce is a proud affiliate of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the exclusive certifying body for LGBT-owned businesses. The Iowa Chamber is one of 58 affiliate chambers across 35 states and the District of Columbia.

In partnership with the NGLCC, GrubHub, and PFund Foundation, the Iowa LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce helped 14 LGBTQ- ,BIPOC-, and allied-owned small businesses in Iowa receive $65,000 in grants to grow their businesses.

On June 11, 2024, the Iowa LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce signed a Strategic Alliance Memorandum with the SBA Iowa District Office to increase awareness and help small businesses access SBA resources for training and support.
